useless support. new song is bugged. does Steam even care?
I noticed that a lot of Rocksmith players are having the same problems: song bundles aren't working, nobody nows what came in if the last update, the "new song" (Anna Molly) is unplayable. I went after their support trying to solve the bundle problem. It was 2 days ago, no response until now. And I saw other people trying to contact support and having no response at all.
Seriously, what's wrong with Steam? Looks like thhat they just don't care at all, what a shame...

Steam support will not help you with 3rd party games. They will forward you to Ubisoft support. Why not contacting directly Ubisoft then?
Actually they are supposed to help. Also, it's not Ubi's problem since the Bundle and the DLC selling is managed by Steam. The bundles issues should be solved by Steam, that's why we should ask for their support.
heh, I`ve been waitin for email verification for 2 weeks ), I got it today finally.
RAGE!!! Here steam take 25$ I dont really want the stuff I just paid for. Seriously I think you guys need the money way more than I do...

racked up over 2 milion rock points
Use Ubisoft forums, or their facebook page.

why would I? Those bundles are made by Steam, exclusive sale for PC. If I bought via Steam, Steam created these bundles. If my Steam client doesn't download these bundles, it's Steam's fault, not Ubi's.

100% same experience here. I bought Rocksmith for my dad for xmas, got the 'Duplicate CD key' error which you may have heard about, so advised him to contact Steam support. Can you imagine how furious I was when I found out they told him "Sorry, Rocksmith isn't a Steam game'!? I mean SERIOUSLY!? He managed to convince the guy that this was in fact a steam game (support guy wanted screenshots as evidence!?) and has been waiting about 4 days for a response since last contact. Unacceptable.

Steam's support is a shame, indeed. They don't really care about us as long as they are making money.

Actually you really need to contact Ubisoft for that one, just like the missing cd key issue from the pc launch.
That would have been a slightly more acceptable response than trying to claim the game wasn't on Steam and shirking responsibility. Valve may not have written the game, but they're taking a slice of the profits from sales AND handling serial authentications on Ubisoft's behalf, so they could at least attempt to aid customers in reaching a speedy resolution to the issue. Dad's actually attempted contacting both organisations, and had an equally useless service from each.

They sorted out the CD code missing issue really quick with me, and otherts I think.

Might be worth going in via the same avenue.

I look up the link.
