What is up with the Crowd

Well new to to game and the Forum just saying hello and you guys have helped me out a lot in your post already. Love the game but in is pretty glitchy. Having trouble loading RS and stalls at the start-up page. But what is with the crowd, I mean if I'm a top Bass/Guitar player why am I looking at the back of their heads?

RS 1 seemed to have a better crowd. Im waiting for the R rated version, Girls flashing and throwning there underwear on stage haha.
