This isn't a very good port.
-Discoloration issues.
-In windowed mode, screen doesn't lock the cursor in.
-In fullscreen mode, can't turn off v-sync.
-And probably worst of all: no leaderboards?! Really? Even after COMPLETE and every other BIT.TRIP game on Steam had them?

I was looking forward to playing FATE with a mouse, but this is kinda shoddy. It seems like Gaijin Games puts less effort into each of these ports. :(

I'm only complaining because I really like these games and I wanted to see them in their full glory.

I hope at least FLUX turns out alright, because that's my favorite of the series.

EDIT: I have been informed that the leaderboards are actually there, but like RUNNER, they only display 3 names and only from your friends lists.

It's almost unplayable with a mouse. With a gamepad it's a little better, but wow, it's rough.

I figured this out: in windowed mode it's a little easier to play if you increase the window size to the size of your screen.

The mouse will still go off the top of the screen sometimes, and it will still leave the screen if you have multiple monitors, but it's much better.

I have no troubles with the controls, they seem PERFECT, but I have trouble with starting (first time set up" no matter how many times I load the game. And invisible enemies.

The "First time setup" happens to me with CORE and VOID, too. I fix it by having Windows' UAC turned on, and saying "no" to the permission request.

it keeps trying to install every time i start up the game for some reason, think that might be steam though. also, anyone else REALLY hate how there is like the invisible wall with some parts of the screen?

What bugs me most is that the mouse _reticle_ can't reach the edges of the screen. In full screen, there are many areas where I simply cannot fire downward at all. However, I notice that in (at least the resolution I was using) windowed mode, this problem is diminished. Still can't put the reticle all the way to the edge, but I can get it closer.

But, I'm still having fun with it.

Weird- I'm having *NONE* of the issues you guys are reporting with the mouse- not sure why you're experiencing those issues, hope you guys can get it fixed... can't imagine playing this with a gamepad vs. the mouse after trying both; the mouse is just WAY better for quick re-targetting.

I find the mouse very sluggish, as though I'm fighting a rotational focus model.
