Enabling cheats

Hey just wondering how to enable the cheats.

I've unlocked about 8 of them so far, but everytime I go into the cheat menu, switch a cheat to ON and then press Enter to enable it, they don't enable.

Are these cheats a NewGame+ only? Is there even a NewGame+?

You guys gotta try this if and when they fix them cheats:
1. Stand in the back of a truck and
2. slam the very back of it with the superhammer
3. post screenshot of the most air you get

Personally i got so high up that the ground went out of render distance

YEAH xD just finished the game today, goddamit the last mission is difficult. No checkpoint when you get near the end made me redo that many times...

Can't wait to mess arround with them cheats :3
