Nearly impossible high score.

In the tutorial mission I found that you can hurt Jester, but not kill him. I also found that hurting him gives you points. So... I pushed him against a wall, set something heavy on the punch key and went about my day. After running the game for 37 hours, I was only at a score just over 5 million. The score bar goes to the Trillions!!!! Would love to know when someone actually maxs that out.
