Entering cheats disables achievements and the leaderboard. You have to restart the game to enable them again.

After entering any cheat code from this topic, it gives you this message:
»You have entered a CHEAT CODE!
Saving, Leaderboards and Achievements are now disabled until you re-launch the game.«
Except for the red sweat cheat code.

Red Sweat doesn't affect leaderboards and saves, to my knowledge. It's a visual nicety, so I guess it wasn't meant to hurt anything. Give it a go!
