Have to ask is it worth it?
No one has asked yet so I have taken it upon myself to ask...Is it worth it?

Definitely worth the wait. It's got plenty of content and if you're into either GTA-style games or have a passion for the old-school, you'll enjoy it.

You end up playing every major genre that the NES had to offer. Sometimes it's overtop view like Zelda (which is where the gta'ness comes from) sometimes it's side scroller, sometimes it's racing, sometimes it's the underwater turtles level (I know, that level was god awful, but this game is actually designed around you succeeding).

It's also RIDDLED with NES and 80's popculture references.

This game is the bird, and the bird is the word.

Any difference beetween this and xboxlive indie's version ? Because there is a huuuuuge gap in the price !

Kinda early to tell, but I love it. The gameplay is classic moreso than generic and 80s gamers will find TONS of references, parodies, and homages.

If you played console games in the 80s and early 90s, very worth it.

A better question is it worth missing out on? Thats an emphatic no! Only reason i'm not playing it right now is because my hand needs a break (playing keyboard is not easy) but boy its a wet dream for anyone who grew up on nintendo back in the day. And all the old school references and jokes all over just brings joy to my heart.

if you grew up playing 8 bit console games, you will probably love this.
it's kind of a gta at heart, but dabbles in minigame versions of all sorts of stuff.
very 'fun' game. seems like it has some depth too, or at least lots of random things to do.

In my most humble opinion, I'd have to say no, not for $15. It looks like a really fun game and I can appreciate the visual style but I don't think it's worth $15. Also, I don't know if the developers plan to add this feature but there is no multiplayer. The most I'd spend on a game like this is $10.
