Works with xbox controller?

Is it the same control scheme as the old GTAs or is it like a dual stick shooter?

I like retro games but cant handle retro controlls lol.

It works with xbox controllers and I think it works with others as well, you need to plug it in before you start the game.

The control scheme will be similar to the old gta's I think, I'm waiting for my key to arrive, if no one else does it, I will give you more info later.

Yes, I can verify that the game works with an Xbox 360 controller. I tried it with the keyboard first and while it does work fine, in my opinion it plays better with a controller.

Good news for people that prefer Twin Stick configurations, you can shoot freely in all directions using the second analog stick :D (make a happy face Ieezeebub)

Yes, you can edit messages by hovering over them, a symbol in the upper right corner of your message will appear.

By Tank movement, do you mean, that you basically turn and accelerate etc.? yeah, but you can switch it to direct control, meaning that you drive in the direction you press.

I'm posting from my phone, but for some reason valve decided to make that exceptionally difficult on these new forums.

With a 360 pad you move with the left stick and you can shoot either by pushing the right stick in the direction you want to shoot, or by pressing your attack button (recommended X). If you use the attack button it will shoot in the direction you're facing, but if you hold the attack button it will lock onto the larget you're facing and then keep shooting even if you run around.

I use Super Smart Joy, but yeah if you actually played the game you'd see that in the Controls setup it shows an overlay of a 360 controller.

The controller works beautifully, the twin sticks work perfectly. Very much in the robotron 2084/smash tv style...or to reference more modern titles, Gatling Gears and Infinity Danger.

The game has a specific configuration for the Xbox 360 controller, so it should work beautifully.
