Where to find user created mods? Also cant enable in game mods

Google search only came up with info about mod support being added, but no actual mod sites/downloads.

It seems by mod support, they mean make your own mods.. But as far as downloading other peoples mods, I can't find jack

Yeah....not one mod is easily avalible to download we should ask the dev to make maybe a moddb page for it? I wanted to see if I could find some cool palettes for this game but nothing.

For some reason I cant even enable the default mods. Whenever I go to the mods screen in game and select a built in mod I always get a name.mod not found, be it fonts.mod, cars.mod, playermod and so on. Are the mods on that menu just a joke or place holder?

go inside the mods folder and unzip the zip archive there, then try loading them. The only problem is that those are the default sprites, nothing new..

Check my Steam profile, I've been at work on different mods for RCR. Pretty interesting stuff, too. I also try to keep them up to date with any added content BriPro puts in the updates, so keep your eyes peeled!
