They say that if you use a tatoo your head is invisible in dialogue, is that glitch fixed?
I want to get a tatoo in the game, but I don't want my face to be invisible..

It's not a glitch. It's as designed. The dialogue portrait is simply what you choose to customize with. If you get a body tattoo, that's what will show up when you speak as the portrait. It's part of the joke.
