Magistrate's virtue
Lots of Heath skill say: If user is under virtue, it do that too.
I searched everywhere and can't find what is the "Virtue status" they are talking about.

Could anyone help me out there? thank you!

Ok, after few test i think i know :P
I just need to cast any of those spells to get it. So it mean the first i cast won't have the bonus effect, but the rest will.
