Dawn of War II: 40k'ish?

Just got the game but haven't installed it yet. I did notice that in the trailer it looks a great deal like Dawn of War II: 40K. Is it similar in any way? Even if it's only similar because of the game engine, I might decide to install it sooner than later. :)

They've seem to have taken some inspiration from Warhammer. The gameplay is a little similar to DoW2 but not really..

It's similar in that it's rpgish minus the loot and dialogue of most in the genre. But you fight smaller groups of enemies that have more skills to deal with rather than the loads of easy to kill enemies. So more tactical and less action.
