Somebody please tell me how to get the game I payed for??????

Contact steam support, i think Ubisoft simply placed the wrong serial on the sheet. Send them a photo of the box and one that shows your key.

Yes, boxed version for €15 does exist. My experiences with support where between 1 and 5 days waiting time.

ok it's been 4 days now....hope they contact me soon..... :L ill wait for the 1 week mark then if they dont contact me ill bring it back to where i bought it and see if they can fix the problem.

Did you have entered a real email adress? Also try to contact UbiSoft support.
