1 To get this achievement, you need to find all the items unrestored?
2 Or more incomplete items to be combined?
3 This achievement opens immediately after fulfillment of condition or at the end of 30 days?

You need restore all items so first option is right and you'll get achievement after 30days.

I could have sworn I restored all my items before I sold them, so to clarify, if you would....to get this achievement, I need to find every unrestored item in the game and restore them?

Hi. I tried several times to find all the things unrestored. But at the end of 30 days did not give me the achievement of a perfectionist. I'll try again, but I will do screenshots mark the location of such items.
