PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!
I LOST ALL MY CHARACTERS AND THE DATA PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME HOW TO FIX IT. I LOST ALL THE CHARACTERS I EARNED.

If you've been kicked out of the game, are kicked off Steam while playing, or have been playing offline, here is how to retain your local save data and sync it to the Steam cloud once your connectivity to Steam returns.

Launch the game, and review the character select screen or map to determine whether you are missing levels, characters, or money (this is a sign that the game is calling to a Steam cloud save with lost progress). If you are, shut down the game IMMEDIATELY.

** DO NOT enter into gameplay and finish a stage at this point, or your local data save will be overwritten to reflect the progress you see on the character select screen. When the data re-syncs, you will find your missing progress has been lost permanently. **

Then, close Steam to force a re-sync between the local save on your PC and your Steam cloud save. The progress on your local save should be updated to the Steam cloud.

We know it is a frustrating experience to lose progress, and we hope the above directions will help in keeping this from happening to you in the future.

It's all still gone and i didnt go through any stage i lost everything =(
