@Icy, I don't have proof and that sentence was more of a question rather than a statement (Hence the question marks at the end). With that being said, everyone I have played with online has typically 1 or 2 gold skulls at best. Getting all 30 was very time consuming in iteself and that's even with my detailed knowledge with this game and good amount of help. While it is very probable that someone may have gold skulled all their characters before me, no one else has publicized that feat as of yet on the forums and those who I've seen that are actively still playing are no where close to it either. So while I don't have any proof, it is a fairly reasonable assumption to make
Thanks, the hardest part was sticking with it. Very repetitive and time consuming
It's not too hard when you are familiar with the game mechanics and AI and having a friend equally knowledgable to help
