Lag issue...

I know, there are a lot of these kind of threads, but i would like to open a new one, and I just want to ask you guys, does anybody solved the lag problem in the multiplayer? Me and my friend once played through the game, and it was lag free (and awesome :D) but my friend yesterday bought it, and we cant play with these lags...I also read a lot of forums, and solutions like changing and synchronising our resolutions, or options but it didnt help. I dont have any idea what to do...
Our computers are good, the internet cant be the problem. I use XBOX360 controller, but my friends are not (if there are any chance that this could be the problem). I have direct connect internet, they have router, we tried playing with the router, but nothing changed.

We'll be able to help you out in the support tickets, but! I notice you are using an Xbox 360 controller -- do you have an emulator, third party driver, or controller manager? These can sometimes cause lag issues. If you are using anything like x360ce, MotioninJoy or a Logitech profile manager, please try temporarily disabling or uninstalling it.
