2 problems in one post

did you guys received the alien honimid, king, necromancer chars since the beggining? 'cause i bought the game on xbox a long time ago and as soon as i played the game for the first time i got as a playable character the alien hominid char... then when i bought the dlcs the other chars were also immediately available for playing... so did you guys got them? and the animals from the animals dlc on xbox are available here?

the second problem is that i can´t find games in the matchmaking

You unlock Alien Hominid and his gun after clearing the Sand Castle, I believe. You also unlock the characters from the King/Necromancer packs by beating certain levels on Insane mode. You can buy their weapons and pets at the Insane store which is unlocked after finishing the game on Normal.

I haven't tried searching for games yet, so I can't really help you there. I haven't had any problems hosting games, though.

the general consensus seems to be the alien and necro aren't very good, especially in insane, versus other players, compared to all the other available choices.

King is good though.

match making is a crap shoot. even if you do get lucky and land in a friendly open lobby, your players better be near you in the world, and have a good connection or you're gonna have a bad time.

i do not have personal experience with any of them , so don't take my word for it. i'm just going off the wiki.

I disagree, I live in israel and my friend lives in the USA.
We had not a single connection problem and enjoyed our happy gaming moments without any problems.

good ! i'm glad to hear its not that bad even around the world.
i personally have had very good connections but its apparently a problem for a lot.

no wonder the global achievement percentage completion is .03% those people probably had to use SAM..

FIX iT. or simply remove it. Devs can at least remove it without any effort.
