Skree too powerful?
I feel that his saw does too much damage and possibly that he can keep it out for too long, trapping enemies behind their turret and wiping over half their health off if they come forward. Just doesn't seem right - he's way too powerful at the beginning of a game.

I'm surprised nobody seems to be complaining about him, usually "OP!" is being called out with every new 'naut. I've never agreed with other new 'nauts being 'OP', but Skree just feels too powerful, at least in the early stages.

(Also his voice acting is the worst in the game, just throwing that out there!)

not to sound like a total ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ but this made me laugh i apologize in advance ok back to point i find him pretty well balanced havent had a problem against him yet and where as other characters ususally have 2 nukes he has his saw blade and a totem which is useful for delayin creeps and blocking the turret fire for a bit and good for fighting gnaws mini turrets other than that the saw blade is great for damaging pushers and intitators i've been able to dodge it while playing as the lighter characters but not so much as the heavy characters,i've also seen pennys take him out fast after he throws out his saw and totem(i've felt like i rambled on so i apologize again)

Personally I agree with Snazman, I think that he's the first naut to be released who's actually balanced in matchmaking (thi is personal opinion but then I main skolldir so dont really have a problem with him)
All the characters can be OP if they're built for damage early game for example the 70 burst damage skolldir throw shich is an excellent initioator.
I agree that he is powerful early game with the lightning being an incredibly useful tool against groups of enemies. but then again so is Yuri's lazer.

To be fair I think that if you dont have much experience against skree he can be a it of a handful but as soon as he's snared or stunned he has no way to easily combat one let alone two enemies.

His sawblade only does high damage if you stand on it, which is a thing suprisingly many people seem to do. If you don't stand on it it doesn't do that much.

NOT AT ALL. Skree is not too powerful. Only two nauts that currently needs big nerf. Penny and Leon.

Try fighting him as Raelynn see what happens. Feels like he counters Rae super hard. But then again I'm new. Would love to know how veteran Raelynn deal with the LOL TOTEM cockblocking you all game. Buzzsaw is nasty without Iron rifle too.

Sadly, Skree is a bit on the OP level right now. However, people don't think its a big deal because they might not see the whole picture. Skree has some outright amazing matchups right now, chewing through most teamcomps. Having a Skree on your team is like having a Leon in the current iteration (you'll have wished you had one too).

Now, this is mostly within Pub games, competitive he is probably fairly balanced. However, I'm fairly sure that his current winrate in most games is going to be quite high. The reason he is so good is that he has a low CD skill that Pushes lane, Harasses opponents, Stops pushes, and can Kill with burst. Skree on a lane by himself can dominate, and not to mention he is actually hard to kill if a decent player zones you correctly.

Now it may sound like I'm saying he is a huge deal and needs tons of nerfs but no. He is just so all around good due to Sawblade that you want to have one on your team. Skree on AI is actually more powerful than Raelynn and should, often, be a free win unless he is ganked and shut down consistently. Its not that he is broken, but he is just in such a good spot right now that the advantages of having Skree on your team is huge; and if you are fighting against one its normally an uphill battle (assuming general competence all around).

As Rae you should stay far away from Skree, he can f you up pretty easily if you're not cautious. So it's more or less a soft counter, atleast in my opinion.

no to meation waith the turret trap thing lonestar does the same with his bull but his bull does extra damage with upgrades so dont see the problem

I don't think the sawblade is a problem because it isn't too difficult to dodge and won't do too much damage if you don't stand where it stops.

What I do have a problem with is Totem. I don't think an impassible wall that can completely block off an area should be capable of that much health. Even more worrying is the fact that it can let Skree outpush Lonestar. Nothing short of a Voltar train should be able to do that.

Also not to be a **** but will you please try utilizing periods? I agree with much of what you say, but your posts are very difficult to read as is. I feel your points may be more well received this way.

i main derpl, so skrees will target me with there saw blade, that is why i stand on it, because of turret mode.

Damage is not his really his thing, i has only 35 burst damage, only most skilled skree will be able to hit you both times (and even then only if you let them), and unless your keyboard its broken noone ever jumps on his saw when its standing still... His autoattack is one of the weakest of the entire game, what skree has is mobility and easy to land skills, therefor i consider him a support character, he can safely add up to fighters dps and cover retreat but he cant 1vs1 onless you fall under both his traps (totem+saw)

penny got a nerf when sentry came out, don't get me wrong penny was extremely OP when she first came out, but then she got a deserved nerf, leon is fine.

i play turret derpl, i have to seige, the saw blade does half of my health if it stays there the entire duration of it even if it is not upgraded, this isn't too big of a problem, if i ever get saw bladed i get out of turret mode.
