[No issue] Installing The Bridge
So I recently purchased this game (the bridge) and while trying to install it a pop up tells me that Steam is having issues doing so. I navigated away from the page to contact Steam Support and proceeded to restart Steam/my computer, open Steam up in my Applications folder, etc. When I tried to revist the page to attempt installing it a second time, I could not, for the life of me, figure out where to do so. I have been searching all over the web-site, my personal account, google, everywhere for the last couple of hours. It's driving me crazy!!! I need help, but full disclosure: I am not too savvy when it comes to tech problems. If you have a solution, please put it in layman's terms for me. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Try doing this:
* In your Steam Library, right click on "The Bridge" and select "Uninstall".
* If that isn't an option, delete this folder from your computer: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\TheBridge"
* Restart Steam
* Click on "The Bridge" in you Steam library, and then click the "Install" button.
* If you're unable to play the game afterwards, you'll need to download and install these two things manually:
* Restart your computer after doing so.

Does this work for you?

I tried the first step but because I wasn't able to install it in the first place there was no option to Uninstall. I can't find my program files ( why? I don't know. It's so easy on a PC) and the two downloads you directed me to both require Windows which I don't have. I use a Mac. I suppose I should have mentioned that in the first message. I'm such an idiot!!!! Thank you so much for trying though. Any other advice will be loved and attemped!

If I can't get the game to work on my computer will Steam refund my money? Would I be able to open my account on a friends PC and just play from their computer?

Ah, I'm sorry the game currently only works for Windows. I imagine a Mac port will be available within the next 6 months, but I can't promise that at this time, unfortunately. As for a refund, if possible, that would be handled by Valve, and you would need to go through Steam support for that.
