Fatal Error

Hi, whenever I launch the game, the following error is displayed: "d3d device unavailable. Application will now exit." and then it just closes itself. I've updated my graphics drivers and updated windows, but it is not helping. Does anyone have any suggestions/fix?

I also am having this problem. I have win 10 ,6 cores,directx 12... gave up on HP1-4 last level bug & now this one won't work at all !!!
