i try signing into the social club and it tells me this profile is already linked to a different steam user... but its the same profile ive always used! someone help me please!

Well, welcome to a world of hell. I made a ticket three weeks ago (3!!!) with this problem, got a reply to send my info to them so they could fix it on the backend server since that was the only solution. I did it and now it's been dead quiet from R*. I've lost faith comepletely.¨'

My friend was able to fix it by creating new password for Social Club account, and changing email.
