MAC version - anyone?

Anyone on the MAC version getting past the "initializing..." at title screen? Since their "fix", I no longer even get to the Social Club login home screen.

I was just about to make this same topic. I'm also getting the initializing screen, with home key doing nothing.

Running Mountain Lion 10.8.5, and I've never played the game (created a social club account on the website when that login stuff was busted a week ago).

I hade to wait several minutes, than it disappeared. But later on it sais "checking for activation". Seems as if they broke something.

I've never been able to even get the SC homescreen, it just goes to the initializing part and that's it. As far as I can tell, there's no way to "redownload" SC for mac like there is for PC.

On Mavericks it doesn't even launch.

i have the same problem i alsow cant get pass the initalizing part but i realy think rockstar read our complains and there WHIPING THEIR ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ASS WITH IT. ♥♥♥♥ R* AND THEIR ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ SOCIAL CLUB. so yeah i dont think they ever gonna fix it

there is another thing i dont understand why max payne 3. I have a lot of friends that play on mac and no one was waiting for max payne 3 we wanted GTA IV

i dont get it is it so hard to port it over to mac or do they just dont care to make it work.
I'm getting so pissed belive it or not i've been to the E3 i've been to the rockstar booth and i said to them when you gotta fix the social club problems and they said to me "ohh you need to cantact rockstar games support for that." in other words go F*ck you self

Same problem, I remember I had found a trick ie to force manual connection to social club alas even that seems not working anymore or I haven't found where the connection parameters are stored. But I don't think it's the problem more than it get worse.

I'm not used to complain on DRM crap but when it generate some stupid bugs like that, I hate it, they are a bunch of incompetent. Never been a fan of RS and even less now.

I have the game since summer this year and first it worked great! But since August it's not loading anymore. Just like your games it's a problem that I'm not getting past the initalizing part.
