not working on my mac (mavericks) somebody help

Yo estoy con el mismo problema en Imac late 2012, la mayoria de las veces no aparece la ventana de social club y cuando aparece el servicio esta desconectado, asi ya lleva mas de un cuarto de mes esto, hay gente usuaria de pc que dice que ya esta jugando pero en cuanto a mac seguimos igual :(

I'm also under Mavericks and the game does not launch: Just wait for a patch and pray, 'cause nobody will help you :-(
Their support answer has been a nice: "No support under Mavericks because this system has not been officially released yet".

Add to the fact that this games appears buggy in itself, all the problems with:
- Transgaming (Cider, the wrapper used to "port" the game on OSX)
- Wine (What Cider is build on)
and you've got an idea.

Cider ports are only a quick and nearly costless way to "make" a Mac version of a soft, while adding a bunch of bugs.

Yup, I'm on Lion and it just hangs on Initializing.

here is working, i'm having a macbook pro 13" late 2012, but is bloated of glitches, for example the smoke appears as a black pattern, and there's a lot of that going on in the game, from the guns for example

mavericks is out for a while. not working yet. still waiting for 10.9.1 or whatever next

I'm on Yosemite and game drops with an error:
Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x00000000 at address 0x00d82654.

I just want to uninstall it...i only payed around 5 dollars(it was on sale) and maybe ill check back for an update...

I was connected to Rockstar support and they released an update that makes game work. Now I can play normally (except of some shader bugs)

Game worked for a while...then stopped...ive reinstalled 3 times to try and get it working... hopefully if it does saves were in steam cloud if not...♥♥♥♥...if i cant get it working again...♥♥♥♥...I like dots...............

Same problem. Game is not working at all on mavericke. Shame on you. I've never seen that
