Max Payne III performance GT630

Hey,

ich recently bought a new PC.

AMD 8320
16 GB RAM
Geforce GT630

I know the card hasnt much to ask for but still I thought I would be able to play MP in FULL HD with normal Details. This isnt possible. It#s lagging like hell. I updated Windows and the Drivers. I googled for two days now and still no positive answere. I hvae the smae problem with GTA 4 but ... and here comes the kicker. RAGE is playable in HD with all dettings maxed out.

So I thing this has something to do with the Rockstar Engine.
Anyone any idea to help me?

You should have bought a better gpu. That one wasn't really good to begin with.

I know that. but how can it be that i can play rage but not mp3?

I have a GTX 660M (laptop version), runs great, your desktop version although lower serially should offer decent performance still. But do some googling, like benchmarks for your card.

I google the benchmarks and of cource they are not good, but still why can I play RAGE? and why is my memory colored red eventhough it uses only 1600/4096? Dosn't make any sense.

You will need to significantly reduce settings to play Max Payne.
