Best Game I've Played!

Hello.
I've been seeing a huge amount of hate and disliking on this game, which I don't understand at all what so ever.
I bought the game for 50 euros I think? (many months ago) and would say that those money were an amazing investment because I'm really enjoying the game - Even though i've already finnished it I'd redo the whole game.
The story line is amazing! There isn't a single thing about that which I would have changed.
No wonder Rockstar Games is going to use a very similar shooting mechanic as Max Payne 3, seeing as it's incredible! Never had my hands on a game that felt the way this did.

Please let me know why you people don't like the game? I'd understand that if you're getting kicked out several times that it can be a problem - But you know, it could be your PC that is something wrong with (ever think of that?).

I bought it during the steam sale. about a quarter thru now and I like it so far. My first max payne game so I'm getting used to the shoot/ move mechanics

I agree about your thoughts about the game maybe not 10/10 but 9/10. That is if you don't play the multiplayer. Otherwise it can turn into the worst game you played.

I dont know if its the best game ever, but its centainly the best 3rd person shooter i've ever played thats for sure, I love this game definitely though. It is awesome!

I completed the story last night on hard (first playthrough). I loved it! 9.5/10 from me.

I agree, frustrating at times, but the last bullet cam when you kill the last guy in the area makes it all worth it
And the airport/last mission music is simply indescribable, it really puts you into the game, and makes you wanna finish it to see what happens at the end

I dont know, I played it for about 3 or 4 hours and felt it was way too linear and monotonous. The actual story seems great though, and I like the art direction. Unfortunately its the gameplay that counts, and I feel its pretty boring and way too scripted.

It's an amazing game, I finished story 4 times + with Arcade like 7-8 times, I just love it, Yeah Story isn't as good as in Max Payne 2 but it's still interesting enought to enjoy, Multiplayer is AMAZING!!! I understand for a first time it's "Payne" in ass but when you get used to it it feels like action movie, so much ♥♥♥♥ is going on and you jumping around like Max Payne killing other players, that's just AMAZING!!! 9.5/10

This game is killer and feels like a natural progression of the character. I agree with most about wanting to skip all cutscenes but the great level design and physics more than make up for it.

Yay, just bought it! Nice to hear something good 'bout it :), did you ever played Tomb Raider ? Hell, that's a 10/10, i love games with good Graphic and Story, let's see if Max Payne is really that good :) !
