Not for the multiplayer...then again I'm not an mp guy. I do however believe the MP3 campaign is one of the best I've played in years and the action sequences are stellar.

^I know that the game is good for SP, but what after i finish it? Lol im not buying a 30e game just for 7h campaign...

I picked up my copy on sale. After you beat the SP you can go back and do the challenges etc etc. My plan is to do just that when time allows for it.

It's -75% OFF and you get a steam key which you can activate on steam

It's closer to a 10-12 hour campaign...probably one of the better campaigns in recent memory. I've personally replayed it 3 times so it's well worth the money imo.

Well i only got 1 answer to what i was asking.
Is the multiplayer dead?
MaximalPain Aug 14, 2013 @ 1:54am
Not really, but on the other side there aren't as much players online as for example Call of Duty/ Medal of Honor. It is up to you how much time you want to spend on multiplayer because as a newbie you will be killed often and thus having a lot of frustration. After a while you will learn how to play and kill other players. Only you know how far you can push through and carry on?

Don't worry im very skilled in shooter games, and i played Max Payne 1/2 a lot...
I'm just asking is there enough lag-free at least 10 pop servers online every time you turn on the game.
MaximalPain Aug 14, 2013 @ 2:10am
Well you wanted to play it for both SP and MP. I am not a MP player but this game is the first one in which I play often MP and where I try to become better and better. A warning for you though: a lot of players don't like the way how a pistol (pt92, 1911, revolver ect.) can be as powerfull as a rifle and refer to CoD/ MoH. I have never played that games so I can not compare that to Max Payne 3. However I like the balance of the game and I think it is pretty cool to defeat a sniper (camper) with a pistol :p

And the SP alone is worth buying if you like a story driven game with a lot of action and beautiful graphics.

I know the sp is good :)
I'll buy this tommorow.
Are the DLC's worth it? What do you get in them?
MaximalPain Aug 15, 2013 @ 3:20am
Well some MP maps are dlc but nobody plays them... There are also a couple of weapons, burst and charactars to buy. It is up to you to decide which you think is worth the money. I bough it all because I want the complete set and I bough it with the Steam Summer Sales (otherwise I had only bought a couple of DLC instead of the complete pack).

SP alone is worth it... if you loved the old one's, it's gonna be like comming home ;)
or as max say's it: when you find yourself in hell, dance with the devil..
