Ummmm not sure what this is about but it runs excellent on high on my Macbook Pro in Bootcamp.

i have everything on max without uber sampling and get 60 fps on a i5 3570k 8 gigs of ram and HD 6850 x edition

yea so why should we have a 600 dollar card, and an 6 or 8 core. if its gonna run the same on a 650 and a quad.

You do realize, that a 4-core and a 650 are well within the specs? FWIW, I played it on a AMD quad and a GTX260 without problems. Only thing I had to lower was shadows.

Let's talk about recommended specs in ganeral. It is complete noncense cause thinks like motherboard, drivers, resolution ect.. are not in the recommended specs section. For example, if you have an GTX 680 running on a cheap-ass motherboard, your pc wil still be showing huge preformace problems. It's all about the balance of your build, not the specs on the screen.

this. i am currently rocking a i5 3570k a MSI G45 motherboard 8 gigs of corsair ram 1600mhz clock and HD 6850 x edition with slight oc and 600w corsair psu and i max this game without uber sampling as its pointless at 60 fps all day long even though my card is getting on it plays it fine

Well, i haz a 7970 becuz i know these games are poor made for pcs, so, even they are ugly, they run bad.
