Initializing screen fix and graphic settings

Well its not really a fix but it took me three hours of trying to fix it, when i finally realized that i had to log in to rock star community by pressing the "Home Button" on the keyboard and logging in. Oh well you live and learn. I also did all this that's on the link below, it lets me play on dx11 instead of dx 9 and better graphic setting. Love the game, good luck on fixing it.

It's because Social Club is meant to pop up without you having to press the Home button, which is why there is no on-screen message telling you about that. But sometimes the game fails to call Social Club which is why it just "stays" there, until you finally press Home.
