Cannot access Store, cannot play Multiplayer :(

When I try to access the store it says my account age restricted, here is screenshot: http://i.imm.io/1iCPh.png

When I try to play multiplayer I get matchmaking error: http://i.imm.io/1iCPi.png

I have forwarded ALL ports to my computer in my router: http://i.imm.io/1iCPn.png

What can I do so I can redeem DLC and play multiplayer? :(

I think the social club is offline, I can not even log on, so you can log on, but not in, if that makes sense, lol. I know one time I could hit enter to go to the game but it just stayed on initializing.

The problem still persists for me even tho it seems to be ok for others now.

No reply from Rockstar support yet, 14 hours and waiting..

Yeah I know, but my age is set just fine on the profile, 1988 .. Do I need to be 30+ to play Max Payne 3?

And still no reply from Rockstar Support.. waiting 2 days now.. AWESOME.
