Can't press enter

When I start it up and it says to press enter and i do nothing happens! Someone please help me.

You both have to be signed into Rockstar Social Club.

Solution: Go to My Documents, search for Rockstar Games folder, and then erase Max Payne 3 and Social Club folders inside, it works

You need to shift+tab a couple of times to get it to register you are back in the game screen. Jut do it once or twice and it should come right.
