most of the weapons need a rebalance, Assault rifles for a start need a smaller magazine so it aint just spammed, also shuriken and knife throw speed between each throw needs slowing to also avoid spam.

halve the magazine then it would be about right.

You can't do that since machinegun is not an assault rifle. Although maybe they should add a recoil, so you can't just hold the button.

all the massive magazine weapons need a reduction of the magazine, or as you state something to stop just finger on the button spamming bullets non stop for 30 seconds* (ok i may exagerrate here* , but you get ma drift)

But it is an assault rifle, not a machine gun. It says so in the discription. It needs to be put down to 30 rounds and maybe made into burst fire.

sounds good, of course all the weapon "rebalances" could be made optional for servers with new rulesets, which i would be content with.

Besides Knifes (which need increased throw delay or damage drop over distance) there is no need to rebalance anything. LMG is solid starter weapon since it spammable and have large clip, but pretty much any other weapon outdamages it as long as you have good aim.
