You will need to register your CD key under "My Games" at the top menu to gain the access you are entitled to.

Please attach any logs you can find from the game found in the following folder:
%APPDATA%/Arrowhead/TheShowdownEffect/crash

If possible, send me a dxdiag as well and we'll look in to it as soon as possible.

Yeah every time i startup the game it doesn't even bother to start it says, make sure showdown is able to play on this version of mac os x, then it says, reinstall the application.i have reinstalled it more then ten times already and still nothing has changed.

Running Windows 7 and can not currently run. Tried installing and reinstalling 3 times...restarted...tried running as admin...switched compatibility modes. Same thing everytime, black screen and no full load. Its using resources and has not stopped responding either. A bit lost....any ideas?

This game should be renamed as The Shutdown Effect... The performance is very disappointing. I don't have any problem playing League of Legends but my computer can barely run this game...

i've tried reinstall this game for many times but it wasn't be played on Mac OS 10 :(! How can i get back my money =???

Game would run fine in beta. Nek I'm sure they'll iron it out soon, can't be a permanent thing and these guys are amazing for working hard on patches and updates. I played about 6 games just now before crashing.

I get server disconnect less than a minute in and going back to custom game I see the server still running, so this game is pretty much unplayable.

It crashes me on start up, I am lucky to even reach the menu sometimes. Problem is THE DAMN CRASH DOES NOT CREATE A LOG.
