You should just have to eat some shrooms. Don't know the exact numbers, but it's max 7.

I heard that achievements in this game are very bugged. Every achievement of mine triggered when I was in menu, not in game oO

Grubby, but where did you eat it? And is it possible to eat it by clicking or only by putting in backpack and then? Becuse I heard that's possible to eat right from the ground and all I've eaten was from my backpack

I've got the achievement and I've only ate from the backpack.

Problem solved. I probably had connection issues and my status went offline.

It seems to me that's on purpose. It only bothers you with achievements inbetween the chapters, so it doesn't jar the experience itself, I think.
