Game won't install
It looks like the installscript.vdf is corrupted. validating the files on steam will reaplace the file over and over agian.

The validation and replacement has always been an issue but shouldn't prevent the game from installing. Could you provide some information about your system? Hardware, OS, etc.

i got it. did a clean install and it took off and ran. thank you for your time.
