Game doesn't launch on mac osx 10.9.5

Technically the game does launch, it just doesn't do anything. No window ever opens, and I have to force quit the game from the activity monitor.

I verified the integrity of the files and they were all validated.

Running dual monitors at 1080p. Dunno if tha matters

Edit: It was an steam issue. A beta update fixed it.

The files are created in the Application Support folder: ~/Library/Application Support/Steam/userdata/[user_id]/204060/local, where [user_id] is the Steam ID of the user who has the game installed.

Right. I found those through a search, but wanted to be sure they were the right files. Email has been sent.

I should have mentioned, this was a steam issue and it was fixed in a beta update. It may be fixed in release by now.
