Anniversary or The Lost Chapters

I can't find a definitive answer anywhere, so perhaps you guys can help me.

First, were the issues with the mouse and keyboard fixed in Anniversary? Also, can you change the key bindings? And I've read the menus are horrible in this version as well.

Second, is it worth it to get Anniversary for the polished graphics or do you think TLC despite it's dated visuals is still the better game concerning overall stability and user interface?
