No more challenges and missions in Hawaii Adventure Pack?

So,I downloaded the free version and I kind of like it,so I went for the Hawaii pack despite being a bit expensive for a DLC imo.
I expected to have hunderds of missions,even with 5-6 aircrafts.Instead I progressed 4-5 levels with around 15-20 missions,primarily landing challenges and some random others and then..the map was blank.There was only that mission in Hilo with another aircraft that I had to buy(!)
so I couldn't start it! The only thing available was free flight and the aerocaches!Even the multiplayer was kind of baffling,as I didn't understand how I can compete with other players.(?)
I'm hugely dissapointed.Does the lack of missions have to do with the shutting down of the MF project by the MS studios?
If that is the case,why is Steam providing a game that is,essentially half?

ps: I am level 12 in the game,I don't know if that hinders my progress.If that's the case it's very anti-gameplay to hunt for XP's in previous missions.

Being at level 12 won't restrict you from doing anything. Besides, there are only 20 levels. Did you buy the Maule? If you haven't bought it, I would recommend not buying it. It would be wiser to buy Alaskan Wilderness Pack as you get Carbon Cub basic with it. You can use the Carbon Cub for the cargo and passenger jobs available in Hawaii and Alaska. Have you done the jobs from the Job Boards? You can get a lot of XPs by doing jobs. I bought both Hawaiian Adventure Pack and Alaskan Wilderness Pack and all the planes except P-51 Mustang (as P-51 Red Tails is available for free and have the same specifications, just a different paint scheme).

most of the pasinger mishions you need a plane with at lest three spaire seats i havent found a plane apart fron the c-46 that can carry them and it cnt land on all the airstips its too wide is there another plane that can seat three not including yourself?

A) both the maule and bugged cub can carry four people including pilot.
B) in free flight, if one clicks on the airport he can see the jobs available at the airport.
C) this game was canned very early on in development, so there were probably more missions planned further down the line.

If you buy alaska, you get the free basic cub, which will enable you to do all missions.

I fully understand your flustration, I buy all content from game and I fell also a little dissapointed of possibilietes that gives to me, for that price(99,19€) i was expecting something more.

Flight was still cheap: Some of my add-ons for FSX cost more than any of the DLC for flight (especially since I bought them in the Steam sales.)

Not too sure if anyone else noticed: You can fly the Kayak rescue mission multiple times to get the awards. Most just give you extra points (if you improve) but this adds to your rescued people each time.

Not the most interesting of missions, but at least it allows you to collect 1 (or if you're really bored) 2 awards.
