Is there any way of starting from a different chapter.

I seem to have a bug, when I get out of deep water, everything stays very dark and it makes the game unplayable. Its a tad frustrating as this happened just after I finished the Caves (a beautiful section). Whilst i'll certainly play the game through again from start to finish, I was hoping to finish off my first playthrough.

Yes, there are four chapters you can start from. As long as you have already finished them.

I've finished the first three chapters, but it won't let me start the Cave chapter again, it only lets me choose the Lighthouse chapter.

Have you saved your progress before exiting the game?
I forget if it automatically saves your progress when you complete a chapter, but you can at any time use Esc key to bring up the menu then make a save point.

I don't think so, I thought it'd auto save. I'll start it again tonight.
