What they should do with this genre
This new genre of video game seems perfect for making certain books into games. When Dante's Inferno came out awhile back and was just a sloppy God of War clone, I was appalled at the lack of respect for Dante's Divine Comedy. In the actual story, Dante doesn't war through the ethereal realms of hell, purgatory and heaven. No, in fact he is guided through them as an observer while the story and history unfolds naturally as he progresses in his journey. Now, take the Dear Esther type of gameplay and storytelling and apply it to The Divine Comedy. I can't even imagine how awesome it would be if done right. The imagery alone would be worth buying it for.

Yeah but this genre is very risky in commercial success so i doubt there'll be much more games like this in future.

Never considered that, but it would be interesting.
Getting people to pay for it though could be difficult. I suppose it's kind of like a movie but it's still technically a game so people are bound to expect some sort of gameplay or something.
