With all of the Indie games on sale I was wanting to ask the Fans of this game what other games I should check out that are like this one. I Loved Dear Ester.

If you have a Playstation 3, I would suggest the game Journey. It has a bit more interactivity, but the feel of it is much the same, and is just about as long as Dear Esther. Plus, you actually get to play it with other people, too.

attached to Portal 2 is an interactive trailer for the movie Super8. If you've seen the movie; you experience the train crash in first person perspective. A very cool build up to the mystery of what's inside the train.

What about "Slender"? I haven't played it yet but I did watch some gameplay. Its the only game that I can think of that looks similar to Dear Esther.

Proteus, but take acid first. (thats the only way anyone could enjoy the game) That said, my recommendation is a joke.
