a short story in video game form
This is not a game, and that's ok. I really liked how strange and unclear the purpose is. I love that feeling of isolation and stillness that exudes from this title. This game had my mind calling back to Myst, Half-Life 2, F.E.A.R., and Deadspace... with that hint of deja vu that stimulates the senses. I loved the game. However it is most definitely not a game, but a short story told in an audio visual semi-interactive medium.

Does anyone know of other examples of this type of story telling? It's rather nice to "read" one of these every once in a while. A good break from click fests and button mashing.

Dinner Date. Still hard to see how this reminds you of FEAR or HL

Half-life 2 for the beach. And FEAR... for um.. the hospital bed, dying in the game (before the end), and general strange things poping up with interesting and sudden sounds.
