Car Crash

On my third playthrough, at a point where the protagonist jumps down from a very high cliff into a very deep pool of water in Chapter 3 in the caves, the screen goes to black and then loads. On my first and second playthroughs, it loaded the next section of cavern with me under the water, looking up.

On my third play, I was not loaded into the caves but into the scene of a car accident at night on a modern road, albeit the entire scene was submerged. It didn't occur to me at the time to take a screenshot. Then after a while it faded to black again and loaded the caves as usual.

So... that happened. Anyone else get a screenshot?

Yeah, I figured it out after doing it again and getting a hospital bed. There was a very long gap between those first playthroughs and the May 1st run. Apparently I remembered the hospital bed but not the road or the cars.

The hospital bed was covered in coins, and so was the bottom of the pool I was in.

I never get the hospital ben in my many playtrought. the road section, relating to game notes, should be the Sandford's Junction, where the car accident occured, but i don't really know in what part of real England it should be.
