Different everytime?

I noticed that somethings are different when ever i play the game. Like when you go to the highway that underwater the first time it was a medical bed and the second it was two cars with their headlights on. And when i was at the underground river. I saw a paper boat flow through it. So is it different stuff everything?

At certain points in the game the program makes a random choice of which scene / dialogue to present. Although the main story arc remains the same, in any one playthrough there are thousands of possible permutations. Effectively, it's a slightly different game every time you play.
