Did my wife cheat?
I have a question, my character gained the "Great Pox" disease (also known as syphilis) However he never slept with anyone other than his wife. (despite the fact he was lustful) Does this mean she cheated on him? If so does that mean my two children are not my own and is there anyway to find out? I'd think it would say it in the savefile, I glanced but it said the father was my character so I assume they are.

you can check with charinfo 1 in console to enable debug info to show. It will show there as a flag if she cheated if no flag there she just got it from someone in the market

Gameplay wise, it doesn't really matter, if they appear with your Dynastic shield, they're legitimate heirs :)

I had a lustful character who cheated with, sadly, his daughter-in-law, but he got the Great Pox, which neither of the known lovers gave to him.

I think they might be more lustful with the invisible kitchen staff and laundry ladies than the game reveals, as I think it only covers the consequences of their affairs with members of the court.

Fantastic! I was planning on getting back in to the game but this post had made me fire up my copy of the game. I had forgotten how much fun the game could be. I genuinely opened the post expecting someone to be asking the Steam community for advice on his relationship!
