Lunatic and Possessed
Playing a customer ruler, does having either lunatic or possessed, count as a negative on health? ive tried it with one and then the other, i have found that my ruler is unable to go on grand hunts

If it does bring down your health it'll say -1 health when the trait is hovered over

Lunatic and possessed don't bring down your health. However, grand hunts require you to have no health traits or whatever (the ones shaped like red hearts) and lunatic and possessed are considered health traits for whatever reason.

If you play it you get funny events!
… good for some excitement – not good for a healthy dynasty to start
(It makes things harder though… if you prefer THAT kind of stuff )

Very funny indeed. Theres a post floating around on Steam where someone was playing as a Norse Lunatic king.
He recieved a pop-up saying he fired his steward and named his trusty mare as steward.

I just a played a French King who became Possessed, then he started hearing the Voice of Jesus. In an interesting theological twist, Jesus told him be become a Lollard and, unfortunately, the Pope declared a Crusade on France. Jesus came to the crazy King's aid and gave him a +20 Martial bonus. But with all of Christendom bearing down on France - and a whole bunch of French vassals far less keen on the King's new take on the Gospels - it was a short war. New Danish overlords moved into all the Frankish counties. Undetered, the KIng was soon back in the saddle chasing the Scandivanian cappetbaggers out of his former lands. But just as he was on the brink of success, the Occitian lords declared they had had enough of his weirdness and invited the KIng's far less crazy brother to take the throne. The Duke of Toulose, Aquitane and Gascogne had little trouble installing the bother - leaving the senior branch of the House Capet merely the Duke of Brittany (and still quite insane)

All in all, while occassionally entertaining - it was mostly quite funstrating
