these guy have been at war for maybe 20 years, and their armies havent moved. he seiged all of the holdings of his primary target, but there is a barony ally in the war also to the south. who has not been seiged causing the warscore to not be 100. i'm at the poitn where i am considering using cheats to just give teh duchy owner that title to end the war, is there an actual in game mechanic i can use to end this war?

yeah if you revoke that county the war will end. then you can just give it back to whoever you like

I'd leave them to it - if theyre at war with each other, they aint plotting against you!

if they are warring then i can't change succesion laws, which is nice when i inherit a kingdom under my rule fro msomeone who was already plottign agaisnt me and had far too much % of men (80.1%), who had an unfortunate accident...

You can't revoke a title over which a war is currently being fought. Depending on the casus belli, killing the aggressor or claimant might end the war. Otherwise, you're outta luck. The ticking warscore should end it sooner or later.

it will only ever tick in favor of teh defender if the aggressor does not have at least one baron captured inside the target, as in the picture, they clearly have the whole county yet the defender wont give up since there is a single barony in the war on his side that hasn't done anything for the war.
