Losing titles in Primogeniture Succession.
Hi,
I currently hold titles of Kingdom of Leon (main), Kingdom of Galicia (conquered) and Kingdom of Portugal (created).
My main heir is King's grandson (son of elder son), but the game tells me that I will lose Kingdom of Galicia to my younger son upon succession.

Why is ot so? I thought that under Primogeniture succession all titles will be inherited by main heir.
What can I do to fix it?

when its on that succession countries are given to each of the hier try and look on laws page and change it if u can but u have to rule for 10 years before u can change it i think when changing it look for the one that the older son takes all if u want him to have it all

Have you tried switching between the different kingdoms' law tabs? When open up the Law screen, your primary kingdom's laws will be displayed, but you can switch between the different kingdoms by clicking on their banners in that screen. It's possible that only your primary kingdom is Primogenture and one of your other kingdoms has a different succession law.

(I could be completely wrong though, but it's something you could try.)

Thank you very much, this turned out to be exactly the case.
I'm new to this game and didn't realize that different kigdoms under my control could have different laws.

When I played as vassel I sometimes force my leige to change to this. Funny forcing my leige to change to it before he has chance to get to high crown law so he can do it himself. And the ai says I hates me for changing to it but never tried change it back though. I guess the ai likes this law compared to others.

By the way, it turned out easier for me just to destroy the Kingdom of Galicia title and create it back. Didn't manage to push through High Crown Authority.

I was heading to open an angry thread about this, (Losing title on succession etc.) but decided to search for "primogeniture" first and found this thread, read a little, swore like a sailor for not noticing the other Kingdom Shield in the Laws screen.
Thank you very much!!
