Any safe way to transfer all control to brother?

I currently have a young and weak ruler, and my vassals are conspiring to bring my brother to the throne.
I'm soft of fine with that, since he has way better stats, but even if I agree to their demands, I still lose the higherst title only and end up being a vassal of my brother.
Is there any way to transfer control to him completely?

Also, a side question: if your wife is in the council and has a taks assigned in distant county, does it reduce the chance to have a child?

grant him all your landed titles before you are deposed, leaving just the main title, it should all be given to him then. if you wife is away and not with you it would be unlikly any children she had would be yours.

Nope, cause when you lose your last county, its game over. you cant be a landless character

after you do that save reload as the brother then kill your old charactor maybe set it up before hand give him a good spymaster that hates him then presto you have all of his land and titles

Oo, that's a rather brilliant solution, Ifsthor. Of course, in this game there's something to be said for just rolling with whatever troubles come your way, since situations can change so drastically at the drop of a hat. Sometimes you think all is lost, and then someone dies and bam, you're on top again. But it's a cool ability to be able to start a new game using a saved game as a base. I've never tried it, but I've noticed that it's an option. You might want to try that, dm.harlin. Especially since it shouldn't ruin your main game: you can alternate playing them to see how things might turn out with you playing as either of the brothers. Alternate history!
