As for your problem, I'm afraid I'm not really sure what's going on there...
It is kind of weird though that she does remain at your court. And in vanilla you can't assign her a council position iirc (this would keep her at your court...), so that can't be it... Divorce is possible in Prince and the Thane, but again, not in vanilla, so not that either. You are sure she's not imprisoned or dead, right?
Maybe it has something to do with being married matrilinealy. Because if you arrange a matrilineal marriage, and the bride is at your court, but the groom isn't, he will move to your court. Maybe that is the reason she won't move to his court.... She's probably wearing the pants in the relationship :)
You could try quitting and reloading, sometimes that helps to straighten out weird stuff like that. Otherwise, I'm at a loss.
Finally it all worked out well. I'm not King of England yet because I forgot that England has strange succesion laws. But at least I have a nephew (who is of course also my vassal) now who inherited some counties and a claim on the throne.
Still have to figure out how I manage to concentrate all three kingdoms on one person in the end.
